“I came here super emergent, my jaw had been locked and I couldn’t get it unlocked on my own. The front desk staff was so kind and understanding and they worked super quickly to get me to see the dentist. The dentist was super friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and fixed my jaw super quickly. I think they were on lunch and still took the time to help me out. He explained what to do in the future to avoid lock jaw again and told me I can always come back if I need to. I had such a great experience, the staff are so incredible.”Read moreShow less

“I was disappointed with my experience. I attempted to schedule a daytime appointment, but I was only offered evening time slots. When I requested to be notified of the next available 9:00 a.m. appointment, I did not receive a response. In addition, I was dissatisfied with the quality of a filling I received. Following the procedure, I was unable to floss properly between the treated teeth, which caused ongoing discomfort. The filling also felt uneven when touched with my tongue, leading me to question the quality of the work performed. Due to the lack of communication regarding my appointment request and my concerns about the dental treatment I received, I have decided not to return to this practice. I wanted to share my experience because I was genuinely excited to find a dental office so close to my home, and unfortunately, my expectations were not met.”Read moreShow less

“The filling I received here was not smooth. It left a sharp edge (called an overhang) that trapped food and bacteria. This made it very hard to clean, and I had to go to a different dentist to have it fixed. Also, the final bill was higher than the price we agreed on before the work started. “The best dentist I’ve seen in my entire life. Patient comfort is very important to Dr. Sartipi. I’m resistant to local anesthesia, but I’ve had three root canals with him and didn’t feel even the slightest pain. He is extremely respectful and kind, and most importantly, highly knowledgeable.
