“I’ve been seeing Sarah at Contract Healthcare & Acupuncture for a couple of years now for both acupuncture and osteopath services, and I can’t recommend her enough. She has such a heartwarming personality and truly cares about each and every one of her patients. Sarah carefully listens to your concerns and always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I always feel so much better after my sessions. I remember being really nervous and hesitant about acupuncture needles at first, but she took the time to explain every step and made me feel completely at ease. “I've seen Sarah several times over the past year and I can't say enough good things. I've had acupuncture treatments and taken the Chinese herbs and found immense benefit with my immune system(I'm almost a year now with it now behaving as it should after 1.5 years of it being shot) and stress. I've found Sarah to be a really nice balance of caring and professional. There was no pushiness to book or buy and her willingness to explain what she was doing or giving I also found really reassuring as this form of treatment was fairly new to me. “Second visit to Contrast and I have to agree with the reviews, let me also say my first time trying acupuncture. I have found Sarah to be gracious, kind and considerate, she explained everything to me before the treatment as well which I appreciated. She is very good at what she does. I have found relief from one visit, my knees hurt going up stairs, so can be a bit of a challenge going up and down several times a day I have gotten relief after my first appointment which honestly I didn't think would happen. “Sarah is AMAZING! I’ve had back pain for a year due to a muscle. I’ve done physio and massage and not until I seen Sarah did I finally get relief. I’m a few sessions in of acupuncture and fire cupping and I am seeing positive results. I can’t thank Sarah enough!!! She is the warmest person, I felt so comfortable right away with her.
