“This clinic offers one of the most disappointing medical experiences I have had. The receptionist was abrupt, the nurse didn’t seem interested in my concerns, and the doctor barely spent two minutes with me. He didn’t examine me properly or explain what he thought was happening. “This is the worst private clinic I've ever been to went in for a caugh problem will i was there ask the nurse to look at a rash on my gin she wrote down on a piece of paper a cream I could use I used it for a week didn't do nothing called them back to tell them and if the nurse could prescribe me something that would work the secretary told me I'd have to go for another consultation and pay again I said that doesn't make sense she replied that she was going to ask the nurse and get back to me it never happened after two weeks of waiting I called her back she told me the same thing I hung up i saw that they were very unprofessional the owner of the clinic called me back to ask what was happening I explain only for her to tell me that there was a doctor that prescribed me a cream on that date which has nothing to do with them or my face goes to show u how lost these people are and after I told her what happened at the end she hung up on my face. Very professional coming for the owner fast to collect but they give a shitty service. And believe me I've been 40 years dealing with the medical system due to health issues never seen a bunch of no class people like this place. Thing twice before taking an appointment here.if there is a number lower than zero that's what this place is worth.”Lire la suiteRéduire
