Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  Massage therapy appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

• Arriving late shortens the visitLate arrivals will result in a shortened session to accommodate the schedule, and the full service fee will still apply.

• Fee for cancelling late

  Massage therapy appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  No-shows, same-day cancellations, late cancellations, or requests to reduce service time at the time of the appointment will be charged 100% of the original scheduled service .

• Payment before the visit

  Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before booking any future massage therapy appointments.

Getting seen

• Forms to complete beforehand

  All massage therapy clients are required to complete a health history and intake form and keep their information updated as needed to ensure safe and effective treatment.

On the day

• Arrive early5 to 10 minutes early

  Arrival : Please come 5 to 10 minutes early.

• Parent or guardian for minors

  Note: Minors, under the age of 18, must have a parent/guardian present for duration of session.
