As a postpartum mom, I’ve been dealing with body pain for almost a year and finally took the time to do something for myself. Anna was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. During the session, I could actually feel my body releasing tension—almost like areas that felt tight or “locked” were opening up, and my muscles started to relax.
