“I called to book a post surgery Physiotherapy for my mother. The first question they asked was is this for OHIP referral and when I said yes they said the wait time is 6 months. I am sure there are Physiotherapy cases that can wait six months but in case of my mom that was not possible. So be aware if you are calling and have an OHIP covered referral this is their wait time. I’ll be calling the service that gave me their number next to see why do they bother. In the meantime got an appointment from somewhere else for next week.”Read moreShow less

“People working there are nice except receptionist...told me iam in waiting least takes one mount..after a mount &a half I call her she said it will take a year for me for an appointment for the same problem..ridiculously funy😂”

“Edwin Yeung the owner and physiotherapist gives you attention and is a good physiotherapist but the receptionist who answered the telephone is extremely rude and very impatient.”

“I was advised by my Doctor and by an orthopedic surgeon to seek help from some physiotherapy sessions. I have visited and being helped from a few clinics with no positive results. Until I found Chalmers physio and yesterday was my last session of a few. All I can say is Thank you Edwin and all friendly staff. The difference between my condition before visiting this clinic and now, is like day and night. Thank you again. I will strongly suggest this clinic to those who need help with lower back pain!
