“Special shoutout to the receptionist desk, Kevin and Kiana. On the first POET Test. Kevin told me I have a high blood pressure that cannot start the test and need medical clearance. Which is understandable that it can lead more risky. Kevin is very calm, patient and cautious. He went over with the medical clearance where to fill up. Kevin is a nice guy. For the second test. With medical clearance. Kiana is kind, patient, and explain the procedures for the test. Definitely Kevin and Kiana have great knowledge about it. Also Receptionst deck lady is very nice. “I had a great experiences at the CBI at Bayview and eglin mills. Working with Arman Moshkelani has been an absolute game-changer for me. From our very first session, it was clear that Arman is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in his clients' success. Every single session is incredibly valuable; he takes the time to listen, assess how I am feeling, and guide me through each movement with clear, precise instruction. “I had an excellent experience at CBI Health Richmond Hill (Bayview) during my recovery from back pain. Kevin D’Silva (kinesiologist) and Arman Moshkelani (physiotherapist) were absolutely outstanding. Over the course of several weeks, they helped me make real progress, both are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients’ recovery. They took the time to understand my condition, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that actually worked. I always felt supported and in good hands. A big thank you as well to Sahel and Elizabeth at the front desk, their communication, organization, and follow-up scheduling made the whole process smooth and stress-free. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about CBI Health – Richmond Hill Bayview. The entire staff are exceptional, and every visit feels welcoming and reassuring, even when it’s been a while since my last appointment. From the moment I arrive, Sara always provides a warm welcome, both on the phone and in person, making me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The level of communication and professionalism across the team is outstanding, it’s very clear they truly know what they’re doing. Lijy’s physiotherapy is incredible (truly magic hands), Kevin, the kinesiologist, gives practical and effective guidance to maintain and improve progress on your own, and Wendy provides wonderful massages and is a wealth of knowledge for physical mobility and overall well‑being. I continue to attend CBI Health even though my insurance stopped covering my sessions nearly a year ago. My pain, function, and mobility have improved significantly, and when life starts “life‑ing,” I know I can rely on this team to help my back, neck, and shoulders. “Very organized and clean facilities and great service. Appointments are flexible and the reminding services are very in time. Love Liji's physiotherapy treatments, which are very precise and to the point for my injuries. Liji's exercises also work so well and I realized lots of mistakes I used to make on my own exercises after she explained to me the correct positions and moves!
