“I have had the privilege of working with the clinic from a couple of perspectives, and I must say the team here is second to none. In 2023, I had a workplace injury resulting in a severe ankle sprain, and both Kat and Carissa supported me with outstanding treatment and care. The professional service, care, and atmosphere they provided made such an impact that it resulted in me returning to school to study the human body and to pursue a career in allied health myself. More recently, I have had the opportunity to shadow the physio team and see the clinic from an inside angle, and my opinion hasn't changed. I can assure you they are a second-to-none team. “Today is bittersweet. In December 2020 I started my journey with CBI physio clinic in Berwick after my injury. Today was my last day of physio. It's been a long road, a road which at one point I didn't even know if I was going to be able to work again. This team right from day 1 has fought for me and yes there was times where it didn't work but they still fought for me. They have seen me at my lowest low which I hid from everyone else. There have been tears of frustration, tears from all the pain, tears of not wanting to go on and wanting to give up. They have stuck by and pushed me. Even with some set backs they still didn't give up on me. They have seen at my worst and now I'm back to work. We have shared lots laughs together, lots of birthday treats, and just random treat days. Without this amazing team and one kick ass surgeon I don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for them! Words can not express how thankful I am to have them in my life to help me. Yes the road is still not over I still need to maintain to keep my strength up but I no longer need physio for that.
