“I cannot speak highly enough of Cyrille and the team at Catalyst. They spend quality time to understand the root cause of any issue you are having and then determining the right treatment. Cyrille in particular explains the physiology behind the pain and suggests exercises that help treat the issue at home (even if he does have weird names for some of the exercises!). He ensures you understand the exercise before leaving by demonstrating them and insisting you practice in the gym. I would definitely recommend Catalyst if you want a bespoke service provided with intelligence and humour and a community atmosphere.”

“Scott was my guiding light while going through my situation!! He's extremely knowledgeable, pointed in the correct direction and helped me get my life back... I saw him weekly to help with pain management (it was a longgggg time waiting for disk replacement that was urgent) but the entire staff including Scott always brought smiles, comfort, laughs and discretion. Legit, my guiding light! I don't know how I would've rehabbed without them!”

“Je vous conseil Amelia sans hésitation! Personnellement, j’habite à 1h de transport en commun et je suis prêt à le faire quand j’en est besoin ! Son service est impeccable et j’ai confiance en elle. Pour ma part, j’avais besoin d’elle pour des blessures reliées au travail et au sport ( crossfit). Rien à dire ! 5/5 pour moi Merci Amelia🙂”
