My experience at Carewest Glenmore Park has been excellent. The staff are caring, professional, and always willing to help. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. Everyone treats residents and families with kindness and respect. The care and support provided are outstanding, and I truly appreciate the dedication of the entire team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care and compassionate staff.

They're doing a very good job of helping my mother recover after fracturing her knee. The care is good, she has food she can eat and enjoy, and the physiotherapy is good.

Had to come 2 times for rehab due to complications after having all 4 values in my heart replaced and the nursing staff is absolutely FANTASTIC and the rehab team is the same!!

I was a patient recently on unit 2 west. Initially I wasn’t very mobile but slowly I was able to ambulate, with nursing assistance. I received exceptional care by the nursing staff especially the nursing assistants. Thank you

Firstly I would like to thank Dr Wash for looking after my 97 year old Father who was there for approximately 6 weeks from December 15, 2025 until February 6th, 2026. What a sweetheart he is and could not do enough for my Father. For Dr Wash I would give him 5 stars! In terms of nurses some were exceptional and others not so much. My Father is a one person assist for basic things and some of the nurses were forcing him to get up by himself and go to the washroom, which now is impossible for him to do. Transition services is another thing altogether! I would give them zero ratings if I could. The transition nurse is only good for filling out forms and even then she was not very accurate. Form filling and fact finding was done on a Thursday and the nursing home contacted us on Friday to tour the place. Within a couple of days all the paperwork from our end was completed with the nursing home. Carewest transition services was supposed to let the other entities know about the equipment we needed for my Father. Of course this was not done and the day before my father’s departure, we were running around to organize everything. When we approached the transition nurse, Katelyn, her response was that she was not aware about the nursing home even though she was told by the home 5 days before I spoke to her. The nursing home only contacts the client, ie us, after Carewest informs them. While discussing with her regarding her lack of support, she was busy typing away on her computer and ignoring me during our conversation. She was blatantly rude! I complained to her Manager about her attitude and the situation she put us in but it was a complete waste of time. Quite frankly Katelyn needs to work in a different industry as she has no compassion for people. Also the home informed us that we should transport our Father using their “Patient Transport” vehicle. I checked with the paramedics and was told that they do transport patients to nursing homes. I tried to organise this with the Unit Clerk and again Katelyn the nurse, and we were informed that this mode of transport was for only the long term patients and unavailable for my Father. Wow! So for a 97 year old man, we had to have our own means of transportation. I would definitely not recommend this facility to anyone and I would run as far away from them as I could. Perhaps if my Father was a “ white” Canadian, this would not have happened?

The staff are amazing and they care for us like we are an extended part of their families 🤲❣️. They create such a positive atmosphere for both patients and the visitors who are visiting the patients. This is my second time here as a patient. And it’s refreshing to see the same faces of the staff and doctors and aides 😅❣️It actually helps with the healing ❤️‍🩹 process. It’s a place where you go to get your body healed through physical therapy, but the hospital sent me there too early and I was not able to receive the physical therapy that I needed. This has no reflection on the physical therapists whatsoever ❣️ They did what they could for me. And for that I am very grateful 🥲 and thankful 🤲😊. I had a wonderful doctor this time and I was totally thankful 🥹 for her 🤲.

A great bridge between the hospital and home. Physiotherapy teams are patient and kind. Everybody is doing the best they can, helping patients with a diverse base of conditions and needs. The Courtyard is beautiful and well kept with great views of the mountains and Glenmore Reservoir. Thank you for your care and kindness.

One East was my home for 6 months. The majority staff were amazing people oriented. Personable and kind. The place is understaffed but they do their best. Front reception staff deserve some appreciation people! They filter the visitors in making sure the follow outbreak rules etc. When there They get all the complaints, weirdos and requests. Pauline and rest are great! The security guard is nice and chats with the smokers at the gazebo with respect. Good bunch!
