“I tore my ACL in October and was told by my doctor I needed surgery 😥... after many months of doing very little physically I finally met virtually with my surgeon in March. His recommendation: start getting active, regain my strength and challenge my knee... maybe I won't need surgery!! So I've been working with Aaron at Carespace virtually and the dedication is paying off!! I have no more pain, more mobility and gained considerable strength (still not 100%). Another benefit is that with the program he's designed for me, I'm noticeably stronger... I've NEVER done pushups this easily! Thank you 👊”
