If you are wanting to book an appointment listed as “Contact to Book”, please send one email only to ck.osteo@gmail.com with the date & time you want, and your Practitioner will make the appointment for you. You will then receive the confirmation email from Janeapp once the spot you have requested is booked.
48 hours notice is required in order to cancel your appointment without a penalty. This ensures your Practitioner has adequate time to fill the space in order for you to avoid being charged the full fee of your original appointment date & time. Forgetting your appointment &/or choosing to be elsewhere WILL result in the full fee of your appointment being charged.
