Used to be a great place to go in and out in an hour and a half, it took them 35 minutes just to register the 2 people ahead of us!! In the HOURS we were there they called 1 person in. Terrible service. Terrible hospital. You wanna live? Go anywhere else

I was taken into the hospital by ambulance for tachycardia, the paramedics were so awesome and calming as well, at the hospital they were very efficient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions even though they were very busy. Did multiple tests to ensure there was no heart damage or a heart attack, a big shout out to Dr. Bigalow, very direct, efficient, knowledgeable, with a great bedside manner, certainly has been a very good visit to this hospital

Bedside manner amazing, but not one staff member knew what post exertion malaise is so completely useless. Can't trust a facility that doesn't at this point. UPDATE They lost stars by absolutely not taking me seriously when the side of my neck popped followed by clammy skin, nausea that felt full body, and almost fainting. Doctor just called it anxiety. Disgusting

After a bad fall in my shop while working on my race car, I had to go get X-rays and checked out for injuries to my head, next and arm. I couldn’t believe the great care I received. Arrived at 12:30, I was in great pain, was triaged almost immediately, sat in waiting room for about 15 minutes. Nurses were fabulous, doctor came in to see me shortly after. Had a cat scan, X-rays and doctor provided results very quickly. Thank god nothing broken, mild concussion and some real bad soft tissue injuries that will heal after a week or so. They were quick, professional and extremely responsive, friendly. Total time from arriving to being sent home 3 hours. Thanks to all involved

This is an older smaller hospital however my experience with the CT department today was great. Actually, the experience has been great since they called me a week ago. I have been in a lot of pain and I was told I would have to wait until the end of May locally for a scan (had terrible experience with a clinic in Ajax). My doctor sent the referral out as I was willing to drive and I got a call the next day from Cambleford Memorial. They booked the CT scan the very next week. Check in was easy and the CT technician was wonderful. It was my first time and she made me feel very comfortable. She had great bed side manor. It was worth the 1.5 hour drive to be seen so quickly. Everyone was friendly and attentive and quick to respond. Unlike some of the bigger city hospitals. The four stars is just because the hospital needs some updating which really isn’t the fault of staff.

Horrible service, they neglect their patients 24/7, nurses are always on their phone and not helping anyone else. We have been here for 5 hours, it’s 6:45am right now and still NO doctor. Update: 9:14 still no doctor, we just left.

Thank you CMH for a pleasant experience. In this day and age when there is so much negativity it is nice to be positive. My husband was a 911 call for possible heart attack. The paramedics were amazing and took my husband to CMH which we were happy about. He was seen quickly in emerg with blood work and X-rays being done. He was then seen by the emerg Dr. He was reassuring that the results were all negative but took a step further to order a CT scan. Dr came back to see us and confirmed that CT was negative and gave us reassurance of what he felt was wrong. We left the hospital with a positive feeling. Staff were very attentive when necessary. We did not get all the names of staff who attended to my husband but Maggie the 4th year BSCN student and Scott were 2 of the nurses and were very professional. The CT technician was also very obliging. The only negative was the person at the emerg desk as you enter she was not very pleasant and when coming to emerg when a situation can be touch and go she does not set a very empathetic tone. Possibly having a bad start to her day.

Visited Saturday. Sent for ultrasound Sunday 9:15. Sent to ER for immediate results. 3 people were waiting ahead of me. The department became very busy with trauma patients, who were priority which is completely understandable. Meanwhile the waiting room had become full. Those waiting ahead of me went in went through, and left as did 2 others who came after me. It was 3:30. My need wasn't urgent so I decided to leave. On advising staff of this, I was told that no one would call me with results and my doctor would not be notified, which I thought odd. But at my request they would send on my results. Finally got them Wednesday, with an "all normal". I understand completely waiting in line by priority. But since my results were normal could I not have just been told that everything was good and I could leave. It would have lessened the waiting line and saved me sitting there for hours only to hear a few words. It would also have saved me worrying for 4 days, bothering my doctors clinic daily and calling the hospital to chase it up.
