“I recently visited Gentle Dental Clinic and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. What stood out first was the energy of the place. The receptionist, I believe her name was Mila, was a lovely young lady. Very welcoming, friendly, and she made me feel comfortable right away. The hygienist I saw, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, was absolutely delightful. Kind, thorough, and clearly very skilled. She took the time to explain things properly and gave me useful, practical suggestions to improve my oral care, which I really appreciated. Then came the imaging and fluoride part. They used advanced technology I hadn’t seen before, including a 3D scan of my teeth that you can actually view and interact with on a screen. It makes the whole process more transparent and interesting. And finally, Dr. Maya brings everything together. Professional, calm, and clearly experienced. You feel like you’re in very good hands throughout. The clinic itself feels more like a spa than a dental office. Soothing music, brand new equipment, and an extremely clean, modern space. It’s one of the few times you can almost forget you’re at the dentist. Another thing worth mentioning, they work very well with the Canadian Dental Care Plan. There were no surprise charges, and they were accommodating in making everything fit within the coverage. As a nice touch, I was given an electric toothbrush at the end of my visit. Maybe I just got lucky, but the overall atmosphere felt consistent, everyone coming in and out seemed genuinely relaxed and happy. This was my first appointment and I’ll be going back for a couple more. Bottom line, I highly, highly recommend it. It honestly made my day. “I’ve been going to Gentle Dental since 2020, and I’ve always had an amazing experience with Dr. Azimi and the entire team. Dr. Azimi is a gentle and caring dentist who truly looks after her patients. I’ve had several fillings and completed my Invisalign treatment here. All of the hygienists are wonderful, and the front staff are always friendly and welcoming. I also had two gum graft surgeries with Dr. Parand, and I’m very satisfied with the results. “I had a great experience at Gentle Dental in Burnaby. Dr. Azimi is incredibly gentle, patient, and professional .she really makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit stress-free. I’ve had fillings, cleaning, Root canal treatment and a check-up done here, and everything was done with great care and attention. The quality of work has been consistently excellent. “I visited Gentle Dental yesterday for a cleaning with Rav, and I had such a great experience. I came in with an extremely painful, inflamed gum/tooth, and she was incredibly gentle and understanding throughout the entire appointment. Before I even saw the doctor, Rav took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me so much helpful insight, which I really appreciated.
