“I had a very good and very bad experience here. Good was Denis manager of imaging was so very kind and helpful to me to try to get me help. Laura in imaging was very kind and thoughtful as was the majority of the imaging department specifically also matt in cat scan. Dr Turvey was kind and thorough. Then came the er, horribly disorganized long wait for no help, went in bc I was losing my eyesight due to sinus as well as having no dr. I had more than one issue bc I gave no gp and have been sick for s long time but they wpilsnt let me discuss all my issues, so I picked my sinus vision loss. They disregarded that it was urgent and several months later I sit with still no help with severe eye pain and head pain that disables me as well as vision loss. The er dr didn’t take my issues seriously. He also stated that they wouldn’t treat my 8 kidney stones bc they weren’t causing a blockage, well I ended up getting surgery on kidney stones where they blasted them with a laser and gave me a stent and then sent me home with no pain meds instructing me to just take an Advil. I am in more pain and agony than ever and still fighting vision loss with no help and answers, I can’t trust that anyone here will help me. I hope I don’t end up blind but the pain and suffering I have to endure bc I couldn’t get the help I needed in a hospital is unacceptable.”Read moreShow less

“Incredibly disappointed with the lack of care, respect and professionalism at this hospital. It has been months of lodging complaints and a constant lack of information and action. This hospital works in silos, doesn't keep families informed and does not have the patient front of mind. Staff don't seem to know what is going on and don't care enough to find out and will finger point and blame each other. I am shocked how a hospital can CHOOSE to operate like this.”Read moreShow less

“When I was about 13 years old I went there for being light headed, and I had rejected blood work. About 15 minutes after a man came in did an ultrasound to find my vain mind you he had other nurse with him at this point he had found my vain, and stuck the needle in as the other nurse held me down so I wasn’t kicking them, but it wasn’t any needled for blood work it was a needled with medicine in it, and they wouldn’t tell me what it was.”Read moreShow less
