“I am so disappointed and honestly completely discouraged with this “service.” I waited a month just to show up to a mandatory seminar — one we were required to attend in order to even be seen by a physician — and it ended up being a total waste of time. It was all information I could’ve gotten from a newsletter. We were told we’d get an appointment promptly after attending, even reassured that wait times were shorter because it would be a phone appointment. And now? It’s been over a week since the seminar, I called again, and was told the initial appointment won’t be booked until February at the earliest. Why waste my time? I’ve been very clear that my child hasn’t seen a doctor and desperately needs one. This whole process is disheartening at best… and honestly, kind of gross. I will be seeking out a different “doctor’s office.” You don’t lie to people just to get them in the door and then offer no actual help. Thank you for wasting my time. And honestly? You should be notifying people that there’s a minimum six-month wait just to see a nurse — not even a doctor.”Read moreShow less
