“I've had an ongoing shoulder problem for a few years. Bobcaygeon Physio has been wonderful and my shoulder is finally feeling a bit better. They are close and were able to fit me in promptly. I now have hope for a full recovery. I highly recommend them!”

Physio wasn't something I was expecting to do at this stage in my life, I was healthy and fit and doing everything right, life happened and I broke my leg BADLY. I was sad, scared and discouraged and in a lot of pain. Jyoti was so welcoming, comforting, understanding and patient, all while pushing me to not only gain strength and movement but confidence as well. I made a lot of progress from our sessions, learned a lot about myself and my body, and had fun all at the same time!
