🌿 WALK & TALK Sessions are BACK! 🌿
We’re excited to share that Walk & Talk sessions are returning from May through October. You can view therapist availability and book your session through our Markham schedule with your preferred therapist. Walk & Talk sessions take place outdoors in close proximity to our clinic locations, offering a relaxed and supportive environment while staying active. In the event of thunderstorms or severe weather, you will be notified in advance and your session will be moved to either a virtual or in-person format at the clinic where possible.
