“Wonderful friendly staff! They greeted us with warm smiles! The office space is big, however the parking lot is not truck or suv friendly. Wish it was bigger. Other than the parking lot situation, BHG Orthodontics is fantastic!!’”

“Dr.Gros’ team at BHG orthodontics has really earned my respect and gratitude. The whole team was super friendly, helpful and patient. The dental assistants at the desk helped me bring my stroller down from the stairs in the Strathroy location multiple times just so I could bring my baby to each appointment. They made sure I could have my Invisalign off temporarily for my wedding, and were overall amazing. Love this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic treatment.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gross and his entire team. I first saw Dr. Gross over 20 years ago, and now I’m back again for treatment after my teeth shifted following having children and the experience has been just as exceptional as I remembered. Dr. Gross is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and he truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment plan. My oldest daughter is also a patient of his, and my younger daughter will be joining soon as well. I trust him completely with my family’s care. Dr. Gross is hands-down the best orthodontist in the city. It’s important to note the difference between doctors who practice orthodontics versus an actual orthodontist, Dr. Gross has completed several additional years of specialized schooling, not just a course, and it truly shows in his expertise and results. “(2025/08/15) Arrived on time today, but waited for 18 minutes until someone came to me. The actual appointment took shorter than 18 minutes, not a great experience. (2025/06/20) Earlier today, I had a free orthodontic consultation here with Dr. Lou. I could see that he was trying to help me with his professional knowledge, which let me learn a lot. Nice and clean with experienced orthodontists, I would say this is a good option for orthodontic treatments. Let's see what will be my next step.”

“Excellent experience with both of my children. I love that he offers an office in Strathroy for the smaller adjustment appointments and they stay on top of appointment schedules with a really handy reminder app. Office is always a clean friendly environment. Dr. gross is an Excellent recommendation. - helps that he works well with children. ✌🏻”
