“Biggest reason for the 5 stars is the availability, open 7 days a week and great hours that are convenient for those who can’t always make a 1030am on a Tuesday. I’ve always had a great experience with any of the therapists I’ve had for treatment, and always have felt like they focused on what I wanted for treatment. My most recent session the therapist utilized cupping and hot rocks with the massage and I don’t the last time I have felt more relaxed and not as sore from the training I put myself through. “Baly came highly recommend for weekend appointments but unfortunately failed to live up to expectations. Although all staff were friendly and apologetic, there was a miscommunication and no front end staff which resulted in us waiting. Thankfully we had nothing planned and were able to get in for our hydro therapy and massages after about a 40 minute delay. The hydro chamber was a nice change from the negative temps outside but I didn't see an employee clean it or smell cleaner at all after my partner had been in it. My partner's massage bed was heated but mine unfortunately was not which led to me getting cold feet near the end of the massage. I also overheard some troubling personal conversations between the staff which would have definitely been better discussed outside of work or at least not within earshot of clients. Good weekend and evening availability with direct billing, but considering everything we won't be returning.”Read moreShow less

“As a mother, a wife and a business owner I can honestly say I was the last person I ever thought about taking care of. As long as my family was taken care of or my clients were looked after that was all I was worried about. Massage in my mind had always been something you did to treat yourself or unwind.... That was until I met Barb! I never realized just how much my day-to-day life took a toll on my body. How neglecting my own self care through the years really added up. Constant headaches, muscle and body pain was something I just chopped up to being another part of life I had to deal with as I got older.... Thanks to Barb and her knowledgeable therapists I now know this is not true! Massage has become a major part of my selfcare thanks to the education shared with me. I would see a doctor if I was feeling unwell physically or mentally why would I not do the same for my muscles? I cannot say enough about BALY and the incredible staff. From the moment you walk in it is always such a warm, clean and inviting place to be. “I was browsing to this google and recommended me to this place, and boy, it did not disappoint! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even though we arrived a bit late and hadn’t filled out the intake form beforehand. It was my first time here, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. I’d like to commend Phil, my therapist — not only is he a great guy, but also an exceptional therapist. I felt really better and good after the massage, He gave me helpful advice and tips on how to manage my pain. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, the place was spotless, and the massage bed smelled fresh and clean. The soothing background music made the experience even better.
