Each formulation is selected based on an individual assessment to support overall wellness and ensure safe, appropriate care. “Nicolle Maloney is a great RMT, I always enjoy my massages with her over the past few years. She seems to always have the right pressure and intuitive touch to help! Best of luck at Holistik Health.”

“As someone who has had several years of requiring regular massage therapy, with both good and not so good experiences, Aurora Health and Wellness is way....WAY above the standard of excellence. Excellent atmosphere, wonderful staff at the front, more RMT options than I have ever seen, and Stesha has been extremely great. Give that woman a raise lol.”Read moreShow less

“I just had a massage with Stesha and it was unreal! I've had many massages before and this was certainly one of the best. She is attentive, communicative, intuitive, and clearly has a deep knowledge of the body. I was deeply relaxed and also felt that I got a good working over. Highly recommend and worth the drive to Langford!”Read moreShow less

“Beautiful clean facility. Chris Rollerman is an excellent massage therapist. He works magic on my tight muscles. Also Destin Gelipano is highly recommended for her excellent work. I’ve had acupuncture with Justin Mort and I would also recommend him.”

“I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent experience. I have always had positive visits at your clinic, particularly with both the massage services and chiropractic care. The chiropractor, Alison, ( sorry if I got the name spelling incorrect ) has significantly improved my quality of life by helping me manage a nerve issue affecting my arm. Because of this, I was genuinely looking forward to continuing treatment. Unfortunately, I was unaware that my inbox was being flooded with emails from the waitlist or subscription system. Due to the volume, I had to start filtering them into junk mail. As a result, I missed my scheduled appointment—not out of disregard, but because the reminder may have been lost among the excessive notifications. I have included a small sample of the emails to illustrate the issue. When I called in, the front‑desk staff member informed me of a $100 missed‑appointment charge and seemed quite comfortable with deleting my account when I expressed concern. While our conversation was not rude or confrontational, the interaction felt dismissive, especially considering I have been a loyal and consistently positive client. It gave the impression that letting a regular customer go was of little consequence. I understand the importance of appointment policies, and I also understand now how easily an appointment reminder could be missed under the circumstances. In the future, I would prefer call‑in notifications rather than email for waitlist updates to avoid this issue. Picture included. This situation was an honest mistake, and a bit more courtesy and understanding would have gone a long way. I hope this feedback is helpful, as customer service has always been one of the strengths of your clinic. Respectfully, C.S.”Read moreShow less

“I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had an appointment booked nearly a month in advance, and unfortunately something came up and I completely forgot about it. That said, I received no reminders whatsoever, no email, no text, which I find unreasonable for a medical clinic booking so far ahead. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged for a no-show without any receipt or prior notice. Being charged without documentation or communication feels unprofessional and lacks transparency. I understand that clinics have no-show policies, but basic courtesy such as appointment reminders and proper receipts should be standard practice. Edit: In response to the owner’s reply. I did not receive any phone calls, confirmation email, or reminder emails for this appointment. That statement is simply not true. If I had received even one reminder, I would not have missed the appointment. Charging my card based on “outreach attempts” that never actually reached me is unacceptable. If the clinic wants to make this right, they are welcome to reach out to me directly.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been seeing Naturopath, Stephanie Spencer at Aurora for 3.5 years now and am beyond happy with my experience. She is knowledgeable, kind, and so determined to help. She’s been able to diagnose and treat my conditions with way more success than my GP and for that I will always be grateful. Highly recommend Aurora and Stephanie if you’re looking for support with health and wellness.”Read moreShow less
