I cannot say enough good things about this Clinic! Tamara is an absolute magician with her healing hands! She is the only massage therapist I have ever been to that made me feel like I was being healed vs just treated. She is such a phenomenal therapist and offers so many techniques to individualize your therapy. You can tell that she pours her heart into her work and really cares for her clients. And the clinic is SO NICE! Every room has a unique theme and feel and vibe and the staff are so nice! I can't wait to go back! And the location is also super convenient! Thank you everyone!

I’ve been working with Jaclyn for the past month to address lower back and shoulder issues. I’ve noticed great improvement, she’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely empathetic. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with similar concerns.mentions Jaclyn Grant →

Tamara has been my RMT for nearly a decade and she is amazing. I always leave an appointment feeling significantly better. While I was pregnant I was in so much pain and getting prenatal massages was worth every penny. Would highly recommend to all those pregnant people who need some relief!

I was on vacation in Victoria from Seattle last weekend and scheduled an impromptu massage (vacation so why not?). The studio is comfortable and welcoming. Tamara is a pro and dialed in on my shoulders and neck, and my sore calf muscles and feet after walking miles and miles around your beautiful city.

I had a great first experience with Atlas. Tucked away in Bastion Square, the environment feels cozy and welcoming. I met with my RMT Kezia who made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. It was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve had in a long time and I felt great afterwards. I booked my follow up immediately after. Thanks again Kezia!

Just had my second massage with Kezia. I have reoccurring knots and neck pain and tweaked something really bad this time. I was able to book for the next day and omg it was such an amazing massage. She really worked magic and was super communicative the whole time making sure I was comfortable. I could tell she was extremely experienced and knew exactly what to do. Im so grateful for the relief I am feeling after. Thank you <3

I have been visiting Atlas intermittently for about two years. After my acupuncture practitioner left, I scheduled an appointment with a different practitioner for my last visit. During the session, the new practitioner used a heat lamp on my stomach. The lamp was very hot and positioned quite low. After about five minutes, I mentioned that the heat was too intense for me, but the practitioner only moved the lamp after 15 minutes had passed. Unfortunately, I ended up with a burn. I reported the burn to the practitioner, who called to ask about it and recommeded I go out and buy ointments. I paid for the service, and no attempt was made to reimburse me, even though I had a burn on my stomach. Because of this incident, I do not plan on returning to Atlas. I had previously shared my recent personal experience with the practitioner, yet they did not take care during my appointment. This was an extremely disappointing and saddening experience.

Atlas Health provides an excellent experience the moment you walk through the doors. Conveniently located in Bastion Square, parking close by is always available. This space is a wonderful example of the positive & unique experience that one can receive at boutique style spaces that are locally owned and operated. The calming experience starts as soon as you walk in the doors. You cant help but notice how the space is quiet, dimly light ,with a slight hint of essential oils in the air. My Massage Practitioner during my visit was Tamara. I Found Tamara to be beyond skilled during my session with her. It was clear that she was very intuitive and had a deep understanding of the body, especially when dealing with injuries and athletes. Atlas Health has been a cornerstone in the health and wellness space for decades. The staff are attentive and well qualified. We all benefit from amazing spaces like Atlas. Support boutique style locally owned and operated health based business and notice the difference in experience and attention:)

I have been seeing Lindsay for my Chronic Vestibular migraine for about a year. I find the Cranial Sacral Therapy she offers very helpful & grounding for my chronic Vertigo and I really appreciate the ease at which Lindsay integrates this with other traditional massage techniques. Lindsay is very detail oriented and always seems to know exactly the right questions to ask me to help direct my treatment. My symptoms vary greatly from day to day so I really appreciate Lindsay's flexibility and the variety of massage techniques she offers. She is also always open to my requests to adjust the treatment as my symptoms change, which is immensely helpful. Atlas Health Therapy itself has a super warm & inviting atmosphere with soft lighting and eye appealing decor. I instantly feel more relaxed as soon as I walk through the door. I suffer from extreme light sensitivity and this is one of the only settings that I don't have to wear my tinted glasses which is a real treat for my senses. I would highly recommend both Lindsay and Atlas Health Therapy.
