*Our fees (inc. HST) are: 60 min-$115, 45 mins- $98, 30 mins-$75, 90 mins- $166.75. MLD- $130. Please note fee change as of October 1. 2026 as follows including HST: 60 mins-$120, 45 mins- $105, 30 mins- $80, 75 mins- $150, 90 mins $175. MLD 60- $130, 45- $115, 30- $95.
