“I have been coming to Arvanitis for about 15 years. One of the things I appreciate most is that they have a wide range of expertise that not every dental office offers. There are about four or five dentists working here, so you can find one you really like and book with them. I've personally seen three different dentists here, and they've all been good. I usually try to stay with the same dentists, but it's reassuring to know there are other capable dentists available if I have an emergency. I've had the rare occasion where things were not perfect, but nothing that was so serious that It could not be sorted out with them. What stands out to me is that they genuinely try to make things right whenever there's a rare issue. For that reason, I believe they still deserve a five-star review.”

Every single member on staff here is always an absolute pleasure to deal with..super friendly, kind and very courteous. Sandy does a great job welcoming you upon arrival and really makes you feel at home. Dr Kenneth is fantastic; a true professional and very caring. I can always count on him for taking care of all my dental without having any worries ever. Takes his time explaining all procedures and is always willing to address any concerns and/or questions that you may have. Nobody does it better than Dr. Kenneth. He is the best.”

“I've never understood why people go into the field of dentistry, but after my experience here, I am so fascinated by cosmetic dentists. I needed a filling replaced one of my front teeth as I was not happy with the colour match and it looked like I had a piece of rice stuck on my tooth. I was blown away by learning that regular dental offices only have a few shades of fillings whereas cosmetic dentists have dozens. The dentist (Dr. Lee) compared my tooth to two different shades of filler and together, we selected the one that matched my tooth. When he was done, I noticed that he manipulated the shape of my tooth to appear straighter as it is a little sideways. When I asked him if that's what he did, he said yes. I was blown away and told him how this was like art. If I ever require a filling on a tooth that is visible when I smile, I will only ever have a cosmetic dentist do it. I am very happy with my results.”

“I’ve been coming here for years and they’re great. The hygienists are friendly and thorough! The dentists are calming and professional. I had a root canal done in 2016 and they did a great job. (Dr Ava, she left for another practice since then) 9 years later I’m still going to them and the root canal is still doing great. Yay Update: I previously left a 5 star review but I'm changing it to 1 star now (April 2026). I saw a new dentist in the practice. I had to get a filling and random staff kept coming in to talk to the dentist during the procedure. She left the room three times while I was flipped upside down on the chair with my mouth pried open and I did not appreciate that. I generally don’t have dental anxiety but the numbing didn’t work and it was painful. She stopped and applied more numbing after I mentioned it but I was so anxious I started shaking and crying. She seemed so annoyed with me it just made me more anxious. I was so embarrassed to leave the building looking like I obviously had been crying. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and I liked them, but I think I’ll probably try somewhere else after this :(”

“I have had the same hygienist for almost 20yrs, Tasha is fantastic! My dentist changes more times then I can count, but I can always count on having the same hygienist, which matters more to me then the person who comes in for 5min to do a "check". Her and I have a rapport and I will keep coming as long as she is there ❤️ Anyone who gets her is lucky as she is simply the best!”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. Every appointment that I have attended they are at least 10 to 15 minutes late. This past experience found out the hygienist had moved my appointment without my knowledge or consent. During my visit, the dentist was insistent that I should have my wisdom teeth removed, despite the fact that I have never had any issues with them. I have no cavities, no crowding, and no discomfort—my teeth have been completely fine with no concerns. When I asked for a clear explanation as to why removal was being recommended at this time, no clinical reason was provided. Instead, I was told that removing them in 10 years could result in a longer recovery and more complications. I asked again whether I was actually a candidate for removal based on my current dental health, and the response was simply that it was “his recommendation,” without any supporting rationale. I also found it inappropriate when I was directly asked what my “aversion to surgery” was—my answer was unnecessary surgery. He left in a huff and was very unprofessional. I left feedback with the office following my visit on December 10th and never received a response. Because of the lack of follow-up and the pressure to proceed with a procedure that did not appear medically necessary, I am now leaving a public review. In my experience, this office prioritizes recommending costly procedures rather than patient-centered, evidence-based care. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any surgical treatment here.”
