I had a great time at Art of Sauna! I enjoyed trying each of the saunas and steam rooms (my favorites were the Roman and eucalyptus) and the massage from Andy was wonderful. I recommend a 90 minute massage with him, especially if you’re very tense or stressed. Andy was incredibly professional throughout the appointment and he truly understood how to relax and release tension in the body. Best massage I’ve had in quite some time! I highly recommend Art of Sauna if you want to spend a couple relaxing hours in Burnaby either alone or with friends.

I had a wonderful massage with Claudia! She was so attentive and accommodated all of my needs, making sure to focus on all my areas of tension. The massage room was great, and the changing room was extremely clean and spacious. The massage also included access to their fantastic sauna, though unfortunately I didn't have time to use it this visit. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Art of Sauna and Claudia as a masseuse! I had the 60 Min AOS Signature Massage ☺️

Pretty good for what it is. The variety of saunas and steam rooms are good. However there is a lack of attention to detail. Broken or missing tiles in the steam rooms, and toilet area has a lot of wear and tear. Also, only 1 toilet for the locker room isn’t enough. Edit: Upon further review I must drop it down by 1 star because of the horrid parking lot conditions. The ceiling of it is dripping and it looks like it may collapse and be a health hazard. It looks like it may be violating some bylaws. If I was one of the businesses in that building, I’d contact the owner asap.

Received a Head Spa treatment, followed by the multi sauna experience and it was fantastic. The treatment was very relaxing and I loved the products they used, you could tell they were premium quality. The saunas were all so interesting and each one unique. Would absolutely do this again. Highly recommend!

For my 40th Birthday I went for a signature 90 minute massage and enjoyed the sauna experience. The variety of steam rooms was such a treat, the relaxation rooms and being able to cold plunge shower was the exact cycle I was hoping for. Claudia did an incredible job during my massage and I would recommend her for future bookings! I will be going back, I can’t believe I haven’t visited sooner.

Used to come here regularly with my husband for sauna and sometimes RMT massages. The facilities are fairly clean and there’s a decent variety of saunas and steam rooms. However, we did stop coming here about a year ago because they increased prices for their RMT massages and the front desk would also make us super uncomfortable by loudly pressuring us to add at least 20% tip. Adding this review over a year later because discovered this was still accidentally saved in my Favorites. There are plenty of other great sauna facilities and RMT massage places in Vancouver!

I had such a lovely experience at Art of Sauna, and I really want to mention Maria specifically because she made it extra special. I had the Neroli Blossom Therapeutic treatment, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing and grounding experiences I’ve had in a long time. Everything starts in such a calming way — the eucalyptus foot cleansing and reflexology was amazing and really helped me switch off, followed by the dry brushing, and then the Neroli Blossom massage which just took everything to another level. Maria was incredibly kind, professional, and very intuitive with her work. She really creates a space where you can fully relax and not think about anything else. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I would definitely come back and highly recommend both the treatment and Maria.

I recently visited Art of Sauna as a birthday surprise from my husband, and it was a wonderful experience. Claudia provided an excellent deep tissue massage—she was professional, attentive, and created a very relaxing environment. The pressure was well-balanced and left me feeling refreshed and restored. The sauna facilities were beautifully maintained, with both dry and wet options, as well as a cold plunge that I highly recommend. The chilled water with lemon and cucumber, and eucalyptus towels were a thoughtful touch. The facility also offers personal locker, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other products. However, some items were running low and not replenished during my visit, which may be inconvenient for guests heading elsewhere afterward. Overall, I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

I recently visited Art of Sauna and had a very pleasant experience overall. The space is spacious, well organized, and offers a wide variety of sauna options, including a Russian banya, eucalyptus sauna, dry sauna, salt room, and a few other sauna experiences that I don’t remember by name. The variety really makes it feel like a full wellness destination rather than just a sauna. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything feels well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff are extremely polite, professional, and attentive, which makes the experience even better. One highlight worth mentioning is the Russian banya experience. You can book an additional experience treatment with traditional Russian venik (birch broom) steaming. It is available for an extra fee, but as a unique wellness experience, it’s a lovely and worthwhile addition, especially for those who want to try something authentic. The only small improvement I would suggest is providing slippers and bathrobes for guests. That said, there is a very generous supply of towels available, so there is absolutely no need to bring your own. Another nice touch is the wide selection of skincare products displayed in the reception area, which adds to the overall spa and wellness atmosphere. Overall, this is a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and recharge. I would definitely visit again.
