“Laura-Lee Webb is a highly professional caring hygienist who takes her time to make sure her patients understand the importance of great mouth hygiene and how it impacts one's overall health. She recommended that I invest in a mouth guard to protect my teeth because she saw signs that I grind my teeth. The mouth guard that I purchased is top of the line and I have noticed how effective it is in my journey of good dental hygiene. “An incredible experience all around, made me feel relaxed and very at ease every appointment I had. “Sad to write this review but I had a very negative experience. Was charged for a service I never had done, unfriendly staff (reception), reception informed me they would submit my insurance claim (never done), & lastly unsure if it was a student sitting in on my appointment with the dentist but they sat in the corner slumped on a chair & never greeted themselves (unprofessional). “By far, the most understanding, patient, thorough and kind dentistry. Dr. Jeff and his entire team (shoutout to Ashley), have always made me feel extremely comfortable. I used to dread the dentist, even for a check-up. This week, they got me through a dental emergency and have laid out a plan to get me through a dead tooth. “This is the place to be. Seriously. After having a lifetime anxiety of dentists and swapping to Applewood by the recommendation of a friend, I can absolutely recommend the care from Applewood. All the staff members are so sweet and thoughtful to listen. Dr. Jeff genuinely wanted to hear why I am scared of dental work and what he could do to alleviate that for the future. This is not something I received in my last dental office and I absolutely appreciate everything and all the humble attitudes from everyone at this office. “Recently I had my wisdom teeth removed at Applewood, and it was honestly the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Robert Lenizky and his entire team were outstanding. Everyone at this place is genuinely friendly and just *normal*. Parking is convenient. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to undergo unnecessary treatments. In the past, I felt guilt tripped into thinking my teeth were terrible (they're not). This place is honest and straightforward. No weird vibes.
