“I am deeply concerned by the misleading billing and aggressive sales tactics at this practice. After a routine cleaning, I was told I needed a "complimentary" post-cleanup checkup and polishing. However, they went ahead and billed my insurance separately for both services without my consent when I declined their intense sales pitches for Invisalign and a $300 antibiotic. These unauthorized billings against my insurance completely exhausted my limited yearly coverage and causing me significant out-of-pocket financial strain. I formally reported these unauthorized billing discrepancies to my insurance provider. Following their review, the insurance company has formally flagged this office and is actively reversing the unauthorized charges. “I had a wonderful experience with my dentist Dr Keivan and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness, and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. “The kindest staff. I am terrified of the dentist but they made my visit so comfortable. The office itself is so beautiful. Walking in the doors it felt like a library. The washrooms are gorgeous. “Today I went to Ansarian dental for a cleaning. It veritably changed my life. The last two months I have had negative luck at the bar. After going shopping and to the gym, I realized it wasn’t my style nor my physique. It was my smile. As an avid twice a day flosser and brusher, I had no idea how plaque that had built up beneath the gumline was ruining my life. Thank goodness for Soo. The moment I sat in the chair I knew the person that walked in today was not the person leaving. Soo is a magician and thaumaturge of the dental arts. Impossibly gentle while bringing thoroughness to the limit. If plaque is the proverbial needle, and my gums the proverbial haystack, not only did she find it, but she got rid of it and then some. The biggest difference is that Soo treats me like a person beyond my teeth and gums. She knows attached to the mouth is someone who has a job, rides a bike, and is just doing their best. She cares about your oral health, because she cares about your overall health and wellbeing. At the end of the hour we both laughed and reminisced on the session. A singular tear welled up in my left eye, but I did not let it fall, at least not in front of Soo. Because despite the bliss of the last 60 minutes, alas it was over. My teeth clean. My heart full. My mojo back. But the ride was over. At least for 6 months until my next appointment. I loved our time together and I won’t soon forget the lessons from that chair.
