“Anchor physio’s Mustafa is my go-to physical therapist to keep me active and mobile. As a high level cyclist and speed skater, training 12/13 hrs per week, Mustafa allows me to get the most out of my daily workouts. He treats with a fantastic combination of manual manipulations and releases that relax and activate the body in order to help it heal while still being active. I highly recommend him, especially if you’ve been to clinics where they strap you to a machine and walk away. His one on one treatments will expedite your recovery and allow you to keep training. If you’re an athlete, go check him out!”
