“I have been going to Anatomy Physio since October 2025. My physiotherapist, Raphaëlle Leblanc, is extremely thorough, attentive and punctual. I have made so much progress since I started working her. She is perfectly bilingual, very personable, easy to understand and truly cares about her patients. The model used at this clinic is that you work directly with your physiotherapist - no assistants. So you get 100% care from that professional who can easily adapt your program on the spot, as required. They have all the equipment necessary to allow you to perform any type of exercise you require. The clinic is well located in the Orleans Gardens plaza, with plenty of free parking. There is one dedicated parking spot for the clinic located directly in front of the door. The staff at reception are very professional, polite and efficient. The clinic uses the JaneApp for appointment scheduling, which works very well. “I’ve been seeing Raphaëlle for almost a year now, and I’ve had a great experience throughout my treatment. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. I really appreciate how she explains everything clearly, provides personalized exercises to do at home, and follows up on my progress at each visit. When Raphael was away, Rahman took over my sessions and provided the same level of care and professionalism. The transition was very smooth, and he continued the treatment plan with great attention and support. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, and the whole team is very supportive. “I can't speak highly enough about Yara's thorough detail in making sure she has all the information she needs about your history of injuries/issues & her obvious passion in making sure she can deliver the most optimal care to each one of her patients, not to mention her warm, pleasant energy that makes you feel comfortable in her presence, all vital requirements of a competent therapist. “Rahman has been my physio since November and thanks to his guidance, my shoulder is almost fully healed. I am able to continue playing sports as I used to. “This clinic is absolutely fantastic. I go there for both physio and massage. The staff are all very knowledgeable. They also have a pelvic floor physiotherapist which is amazing! “A follow-up shockwave physio session today. However I was treated by Caitlin this time who was filling in for my regular therapist. As expected she too was wonderful. She did a full review of my file before the session and understood my condition well. Great job ! ---- I’ve had numerous sessions by the time of this latest review. Today, included shockwave physiotherapy. I have to say I remain both impressed and very satisfied with the quality of care being provided. A huge shout-out to Raphaëlle - who is doing a wonderful job on my road to recovery. ———— Had my first session today which was an assessment of my condition. “Yara at the Orleans location is simply amazing! She creates such a welcoming, judgment-free environment and is incredibly personable and easy to talk to. She really listens and takes the time to understand what you’re experiencing, which makes a huge difference. On top of that, she clearly knows her stuff and explains things in a way that makes sense.
