“I have visited several well-known physiotherapy centers in the past, but I often felt like just another number. Because I have a few complex health issues, I never felt I was given the proper attention, or perhaps they simply weren't competent enough for a delicate case. Feroz was different. He took the time to truly diagnose me, explaining his thought process and diagnosis clearly, and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. Unlike others who give 'classic' exercises, he provided a plan specifically tailored to my needs. He is highly competent, thorough, and very gentle. It is clear he knows his work inside and out and isn't interested in rushing through appointments. I’ve already told all my friends and family about him. “Dr. Feroz fixed my shoulder. I hurt it moving a mattress and I couldn't sit up, lay down, stand, I couldn't drive without constant pain. He assessed my shoulder, told me it wasn't that bad and he should be able to fix it and sure enough a few weeks later, I can go through a full day without pain.
