“The massage was fine. However, this therapist should have been more transparent about his training and how it affects some insurances. Due to the fact that he had less than 1000 hours of training I wasn’t able to have my 200$ massage covered and had to ultimately pay out of my pocket. This was very inconvenient for me as 200$ isn’t exactly pocket change for me as well as I’m sure for a lot of people. This was dishonest behaviour from the therapist and I hope he can be more forthcoming with future clients to avoid hiccups like this one.”

“Chetna is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. I initially came in for a runner's knee but she was able to address two other issues I was experiencing with simple adjustments, and advice that made a huge difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and is passionate about helping her patients. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist!”
