“I had an excellent experience at Active Care Physiotherapy! The staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your recovery. From the first visit, they took the time to properly assess my injury and explain a clear treatment plan. The sessions were very effective, and I noticed real improvement in my mobility and pain levels in a short amount of time. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out was how attentive and supportive the team was throughout the entire process. “I have been looking for a new chiropractor. She came highly recommended from my massage therapist and decided to book my appt. I have been to many chiros throughout my life and I am a firm believer in chiropractic. A couple days ago my sacrum started acting up after an intense training session. Perfect timing to see if my new chiropractor could help me out. Dr Dina was so thorough. She pin point the problem right away and started treating me with heat and electrical waves. Then proceeded to stretch the area and then did an adjustment. Right away I felt the pain relieve and also got my mobility back. I am so excited to have found a fabulous chiropractor. She is extremely accomodating, is also extremelly intelligent recommending things that have helped me immensely . recently I took a friend visiting from Peterborough to her.
