Knee has been very sore, walk in told me it's arthritis. Westmacott says it's not. Not done all the visits, but I function at work again and not in limping pain all day

Everyone at Active Sports Therapy has been great, phone and front counter staff are very helpful and Helen has given me some fabulous treatments and exercises to relieve my shoulder pain.

I generally have not had much success with chiropractors over the years, instead moving to physiotherapy most of the time. Dr.James @ AST has now helped tremendously with a second significant issue in the past couple years. Rather than just administering standard chiropractor techniques, Dr. James took the time to understand the real source of the issue, and use whatever techniques he felt could impact the issue best. I especially appreciated that he sends me home with specific things I can do for self follow ups.

I have gone to Acrive sports therapy for many many years. I have seen chiros, PT, and massage therapists from this clinic. I enjoy having continuity of care from all health care professionals. I love the ease of booking. I usually call or book when my visits are complete. The front staff are always professional and efficient. The billing system is direct bill and effortless. The facility is always clean and the parking is very easy. My whole family has seen chiros. PT, and massage therapists. Dr Cory, Chrioractor, was instrumental in helping me access specialists to help me find a diagnosis my neuro symptoms. Today, I want to give a very special shout out to David, Massage Therapist. I would say I am VERY picky about my long term therapists. I insist on selecting a therapist with high technical skills to treat my chronic neck and back pain and stress related pain. I have been in many car accidents. I'm always surprised with the variety of skills David has in his tool belt. He always responds to my concers and treats me with a taylored approach, rathet than a generic massage. For the first time in years, I have been free of neuro symptoms from my neck and tuen my head to the left when I sleep at night. David is always very professional, and I have never felt uncomfortable in his care. Thank you, David, for provided excellent care. I always look forward to my visits.

I’ve tried many massage places in Calgary, and Jean at Active Sports Therapy is by far my favourite massage therapist. Her technique is truly different from other therapists I’ve seen. She has strong, effective pressure but it never feels painful, which allows me to fully relax while she works on the areas that really need attention. Whenever I mention certain spots that need extra care, she actually spends more time focusing on them instead of rushing through the session. I always leave feeling much better. Honestly, after finding Jean, I don’t think I’ll go to another massage therapist again. I’ve also seen Michelle here for physiotherapy. I had shoulder and arm pain for many years, and after just a few sessions of needling treatment with her, the issue improved significantly. I was honestly surprised by how effective it was. Highly recommend Active Sports Therapy if you’re looking for excellent massage therapy and physiotherapy in Calgary.

I can't say enough good things about AST Willow Park. The staff is exemplary. My husband saw Rachel Grant for community physiotherapy after a workplace accident. She was instrumental in his healing. She went above and beyond advocating to WCB on his behalf. After his experience I also went to see Rachel for my own mobility issues. She is the single best physiotherapist I've seen in Calgary. Patient, caring, excellent at explaining exercises. She meets you where you are and wants to see you succeed. The front desk staff are kind, warm and even remembered my husbands name. They offer direct billing as well as have ample free parking. Excellent facility!

I was recommended to visit AST to help with the recovery of a broke wrist. Rachel was th physiotherapist recommended. She is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, very patient and, most importantly, her treatment worked so well. I have now expanded into using their other services, such as acupuncture and massage therapy. AST has incredible staff and I have already recommended them to several other people!

I’ve had such thoughtful care for my vertigo and related issues from Rachel. I was so lucky to find her after suffering from a particularly bad vertigo episode, and her continued care has helped me so much. The staff at the front are also really friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Mallory is hands down the best physio therapist I have EVER HAD! I sent my partner to her as well and he also had an awesome experience. I am always recommending her to friends! The front desk staff are also so friendly and welcoming! Love coming here.
