“Working with Sara Masi at Action Sports Physio has been one of the most incredible healthcare experiences I've had. When I first came in with frozen shoulders, the pain and limited mobility were affecting most of my daily life. Sara didn't just treat the symptoms-she took the time to understand what I was going through physically. She listens closely, explains things in a way that makes you feel empowered, and never rushes the process. After only a few visits, the process I've made under her care has been incredible. My pain has decreased significantly, my mobility has improved more than I expected, and for the first time in a very long while, I'm hopeful about my recovery. “Fantastic experience! We were seen by Nancy and her stagiaire Erica for my 9 year old's ankle injury. Both took their time to thoroughly evaluate the injury, answer our questions, explain things, massage and do exercises with my daughter. We left there with exercises to do at home and reassurance. Very knowledgeable, professional and empathetic! Would definitely recommend and return! Thank you!”
