“Rude people in the hearing departement My kid is special needs and quickly she got mad cause she was trying to open a drawer, she did the test very quickly and told me she can hear fine 😏 Grrr not everyone can work with kids”

“Got referred here for a virtual appointment from 811. They basically said we were fine and getting quite worked up, and when we tried to explain what we were actually concerned about they hung up on us. And then hung up on us twice more when we called back.”

“Phoned to ask about injections for vaccines. Do not want nasal spray they simply didn't answer the question. Simply said, I would have to speak to nurse when I get there. Why can u not say yes? we do both spray for nose as well.as injection for vaccines is that a really hard question to answer or u rather people wste their time and gas ⛽️. “My baby had his 18 month injection today. nurse seems very rude. take so much time even my baby crying a lot. she give him one injection. then start doing paperwork in between then ready for 2nd one. so unprofessional .”

“Wait times are long(not their fault). I get a lot of attitude if I have questions or concerns though. It's a 'do what you're told with your mouth shut' kind of place. I guess with the busy kind of work they do all day, they've lost the ability to serve.”
