“I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Pearly Dason and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire atmosphere was welcoming and I was immediately impressed by Dr. Dason's polite and professional demeanor. She took the time to explain everything clearly, patiently answering my questions without rushing. Her approach to the exam and treatment plan was incredibly thorough, making me feel confident and well-cared for throughout the entire visit. It's truly refreshing to find a dentist who combines such high-level professionalism with a genuinely kind and polite attitude. “Avoid if you have dental anxiety. I have very mixed feelings about this clinic. I have severe dental anxiety after an extremely bad experience with a different dentist. I choose Aarm because I was assured that the dentist herself would do my cleanings. She was incredible; she was thorough, did great work repairing some composite that came off during a cleaning, and talked me through the entire process. I finally felt comfortable again, and I went back multiple times to take care of some overdue dental work. Then, she moved locations to this one (Beach), and I was no longer allowed to be seen by her. I was paired with a hygienist who was very kind, but left a lot of plaque on my bottom teeth. When I went back again for a future appointment, I was booked with a male hygienist who used tools that hurt me. When I told him I was in pain and asked for him to use a mechanical scraper instead of the drill thing, he told me that the pain wasn't that bad and kept going. He was clearly rushing and didn't care about my pain. I left the clinic in tears and haven't been back. It's been over a year and I have no plans to return.”Read moreShow less

“Terrific service! People at reception - very helpful. And what a wonderful dentist, Dr. Zieginson is! Truly gifted in this field. First time, he did a filling, warning it may last only a couple years: lasted 5, and I grind a lOt! This time, I am so impressed again. How caring, intuitive and knowledgeable he is. I had zero anxiety the whole time and even drifted into a peaceful slumber. I highly recommend him to everyone. And I've had many dentists - he is truly the Best.”Read moreShow less

“I booked my mom a cleaning appointment and filling at Aarm Dental on Beach, she told me Sandra the hygienist is so kind and gentle during her cleaning, best cleaning she has ever heard. My mom got a filling done by Dr Elgazzar, she was happy as she was no longer in pain. She absolutely adores Dr Elgazzar and the team at the office. “The best dental experience ever! Very friendly staff and stunning clinic location. Nothing more relaxing than having your dental work done while facing the beautiful false creek area. They also have Netflix to keep their patients entertained while having their dental work skillfully done. Dr. Elgazzar is one of the BEST in town! Very professional, super kind and highly skilled. “This clinic is really great! Dr. Elgazaar is awesome at what she does and really knows her stuff. She was very attentive to my needs and took the time explain and answer my questions thoughtfully in a way I could understand. All dental procedures by her and her staff were gentle, clean and effective. It's been by far probably one of the most pleasant and painless experiences I've had getting any dental procedure done. “Dr. Elgazzar has consistently provided the most comfortable and pain free dental care I’ve ever received. Not to mention her technical skills, which from my experience are top notch. Zero discomfort, no weird edges/bumps/coarse textures on teeth etc after having work done, unlike most other offices I’ve been to in the past.
