“I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves it. We spent a long time searching for a good dental clinic and had some disappointing experiences before. After visiting today, I can confidently say this is the #1 clinic for our family. Everything was excellent — from booking to the appointment itself. “This was my first visit to a dental clinic in Canada, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone without a medical background. “Dr. Kab and Adrienne were a dream team. At first impression, the clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. The front staff were friendly and made everything really easy. Dr Kab did a great job taking care of me and talking me through a tough procedure. He made me feel super comfortable and was very gentle. My crown was made in office so I didn’t have to come back for another appointment to get it put in. This was such a huge perk for me as I have a busy schedule. Everything in the clinic was super high-tech. I could really tell they invest in their space and provide the best care possible. The free parking also made going to mission very stress free. “The whole team here is incredible! Dr. Ipneet has been so kind and thorough in her assessments and treatments, and I don’t feel any pressure to commit to any procedures until I’m ready. She is very gentle in her approach and always helps me feel at ease. My dental hygienist Britney is not only a wealth of knowledge on all things oral health, she is incredibly calm, warm, and extremely non-judgemental. I always feel nervous or embarrassed about my teeth going in and she immediately reassures me that I have nothing to feel embarrassed about. And the front desk team are all fantastic! They have helped me keep up on my cleaning but checking in via text (my ADHD brain needs that!), they have provided me thorough and clear quotes on ortho procedures with payment plan options, and they make the direct billing process so easy. “Going to the dentist usually ranks somewhere between "doing taxes" and "stuck in traffic" on the fun scale, but a great clinic can actually make it a highlight of your week. The friendly staff made me feel completely at ease. The front desk team is organized and welcoming. What really blew me away was the state-of-the-art technology. They use the latest diagnostic tools and digital imaging, which made the entire process faster, more comfortable, and incredibly transparent. “I have been a patient of Dr. Wally for over 20 years. I'll never choose another dentist. He is by far the best Dentist and Orthodontist in YYC. The Hygiene ladies are excellent as well! This clinic is beautiful, clean, and has the top dental equipment there is available, which makes every appointment not only amazing start to finish, but comfortable too.
