“I went for a foot massage at BigFeet in Abbotsford and initially the session was okay, but the pressure felt too light. I politely asked the therapist if she could apply a little more pressure. Instead of gradually increasing it, she suddenly started applying extremely hard pressure on my sole in a very aggressive way, which became intolerable and painful. After a few seconds, I had to ask her to stop using that much pressure. She responded by saying, “You told me that.” I explained that there’s a difference between increasing pressure gradually and suddenly using excessive force. But she didn't care about it. Then the receptionist came in and started explaining the pressure needed for foot massages. I told them I understand that, but my issue was with how the therapist reacted to my request. After that, the therapist began speaking loudly in her language with a colleague, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. By the time I got home my foot started hurting badly. This is awful. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I left disappointed with the professionalism and customer service.”Read moreShow less

“First timer here - they were super busy back to back but guy I got was LAYNE - who was very experienced, seems well educated about anatomy physiology and knowledgeable. Massage was surprisingly an eye opened for me where force being applied and treatment of bones and muscles was according to my description of my spinal issues. He pinpointed accurately and massaged my injured body very well. Can’t ask for more. If you are looking for good massage ask for LAYNE when booking.
