“can't comment much about the success rate since there was none during my time there, but I felt like she has little empathy for woman with fertilization difficulty and likes to keep the blame on the patient. I went for 6 sessions, first 1-5 was done weekly until she went for a 2-week vacation, on the 6 session she said "if you only do this for 1-2 times, it's not going to help you, are you doubting the records I have on the frequency you're here?" Then she went to check her records seeing the last 5 sessions, and still insisted on 1-2 times wouldn't help. She couldn't admit her own mistake, and she obviously doesn't know what she's talking about when she was the one who went on vacation for 2 weeks when the treatment stopped. She couldn't make me feel at ease as a practitioner, but instead, made me feel bad and guilty with her comments and attitude. She could be dedicated at what she does, but definitely not with an understanding attitude and I can feel comfortable dealing with.”Read moreShow less

“I have been to Yinstill and Acubalance and another TCM acupuncturist (used all of them for 3+ months) and I can honestly say Jenny is the best acupuncturist to have helped me with fertility issues. She gave me more information than any of the other professionals I’ve seen. She used to be a western medical doctor in China so she brings such a scientific mind to our acupuncture treatments. She knows a lot about the cycles, hormones and she tailors the treatments truly to the individual. If you’re looking for that zen spa-like atmosphere, this is not it. “I highly recommend acupuncture treatment with Jenny. I have been a patient for 7 years and have benefited from acupuncture for fertility issues, migraines and general health and well-being. Jenny was instrumental in the success my IVF treatments and I'm certain that acupuncture was critical in having a successful outcome. The treatments are very relaxing and effective. I cannot recommend Jenny highly enough; she's an amazing practitioner with extensive experience treating a range of conditions, particularly related to infertility and women's health. “I was recommended to Jenny through a family friend where they were able to conceive successfully after receiving acupuncture treatments. Jenny was very patient and knowledgeable.
