Tan’si, I am Misty aka Shakina Ray. I find fulfilment in empowering and inspiring people to fully actualize their power, voice and inner healer because of the person who I am today is who I needed when I was younger.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Neurofascial Specialist, Certified Emotion & Body Code Practitioner, Advanced PSYCH-K® Facilitator and have various certifications in the human body.
I specialize in inner child healing, freeing the body of dis-ease and pain and helping you remember you are the Creator of your reality.
The wellness I offer embodies safety, kindness, honesty and confidentiality to facilitate transformational affects.

“Hello everyone! I just wanted to share with you guy a little about what my own experiences I've had and are continuing to have with Misty and ZEntuary Holistics. Before I was introduced to Misty, I was in such a dark and really bad place mentally, emotionally and spiritually.. I was in such a place that I was given only 2 choices and one of the choices was to Meet Misty and to heal or option 2 continuing spiraling to an outcome I did not want. I made the right choice to meet with Misty and start this journey of my healing. Misty has been an unreal figure in my life who has shown me the tools that i needed for years to deal with, things I had no idea I need to face and also the things I knew I needed to face. With Misty's soft and gental, kinda approach to my situation made me at once feel at ease.. I could feel safe to open up with out any judgment. I have now learned to reprogram my thoughts towards myself in a loving and positive way. I now have the awareness I needed to see me! To see the value I have and how wonderful and unique I truly am. I honestly cant say enough about Misty, her incredible skill sets. Her compassion towards others. Just all of it really. “I've been working with Shakiña Ray since I was 16, and now as I approach 23, I can truly say our work together has been transformative. Initially, our sessions ranged from once a month to three times a month, eventually evolving to once every few months. I'm incredibly grateful that my mother connected us at 16, as Shakiña helped me activate my spiritual gifts on a deeper level through reminding my body I am safe to be seen, and to be authentically me. I always feel safe and secure in her presence. She guided me in reclaiming my power from people, places, and situations that had been draining me throughout my childhood and adolescence. We cleansed energies that weren't mine to hold, along with old patterns, conditioning, programming, and subconscious beliefs that were holding me back. Simply having a safe space where I felt seen and heard, and being told, "It is safe to be me, my voice matters," at 16 reminded me of the power I hold. “Magical, Intentive, intuitive, witty, kind, understanding, youthful, determined, educated, funny, compassionate, soulful are some of the words that best describe this lady. It's hard for me to put into words the magnitude of this woman's work, She has changed my life on many levels and she continues to change my life every time we talk. I have had multiple sessions with her regarding different aspects of my life and I walk away a different woman every time. I feel lighter, more optimistic about being me and the world, i feel more empowered to proceed with what i want to do in life, i feel more grounded and connected to myself and she reminds me that i have the ability to always connect to my higher self, She reminds me that i have all the answers to my questions as long has i connect to my heart and higher self. If I'm not able to do so, it seems so effortless for her to connect to my higher self, or my ancestors or the light beings that follow me around. If I had to pick one thing that Misty does that would benefit you, I couldn't. If I had to tell you to go see her for, say... the Emotion Code, I feel I wouldn't be doing you any favors. “Looking back, I can confidently say that connecting with Shakina was one of the best decisions I made for my life. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking healing, connection, and growth in their life. She is a practitioner of the body, mind and soul…able to facilitate and guide healing through multiple modalities. Although I was a bit nervous at first, Shakina was a calm and warm presence, allowing me to trust in her and the process. With the deep facia work, she helped relieve chronic pain I had been experiencing for years from birthing my babies and old work-related injuries. As I got to know her better, we began incorporating her intuitive healing gifts into our sessions. With each visit, I was healing on so many levels, and it was something I deeply needed but did not know how to do on my own. I once told her she works like a spiritual programmer… identifying glitches, old programs etc that are no longer serving me and helps to install meaningful upgrades! A true divine conduit (and yes, with a great sense of humor—her laughter alone is healing!) with tremendous strength to hold space for healing. At one point she came to my home a couple of years ago when I finally felt confident enough to share with her what was going on with the house and land since buying it and the impact this was having on everyone in the household.
