We operate without receptionists. The best way to contact us is by emails: zenstonemassagetherapy@gmail.com. If you don’t see your preferred availability online, simply email us or add yourself on our wait list. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Accepting new ICBC patients, direct bill to ICBC, no additional user fees. Currently only RMT Derek is available for all ICBC treatments.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointment cancelled less than 24 hours, will be charged at the full cost of the treatment.

“One of the best Registered Massage Therapy experiences I’ve ever had! This was my first appointment with Derek, and I was genuinely impressed. He is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to identify the areas that needed the most attention. His technique was precise, and he applied the perfect amount of firm pressure throughout the treatment. What made this session even more special was the use of hot stones. I’ve seen several Registered Massage Therapists over the years, but this was the first time an RMT incorporated hot stones into the treatment. It was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve my muscle tension even more. Another huge plus is the clinic’s convenient hours. Derek offers evening appointments until 9:00 PM and is also available on weekends, which is incredibly helpful for people who work during the week. It’s not easy to find an RMT with such flexible scheduling. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and much better than when I arrived. Derek is an outstanding RMT, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled therapist who truly cares about his patients. I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments!”

“I’ve been going to Zenstone Massage Therapy for the past month and seeing Timmie for RMT, and it’s been such a great experience. I sit at a desk all day repairing computers, so my neck, shoulders, and back get super tight. Timmie has really helped work out all that tension. I’ve definitely noticed a big difference since I started going regularly. Timmie is friendly, easy to talk to, and really listens to what’s bothering you. The whole place has a calm, relaxing vibe, and I always leave feeling way better than when I walked in. Highly recommend, especially if you have a desk job and deal with daily aches and stiffness. “Very disappointing experience. The entire session felt awkward and unprofessional from start to finish. I prefer light pressure for massages, but this was so light it felt like nothing at all. The therapist didn’t ask about pressure until about 10 minutes in, and even after I asked for more strength, it barely changed. It honestly didn’t feel like a real RMT massage. When the session ended, she said, “Oh, there’s no time left,” which was confusing — it almost sounded like she wanted me to add more time. Then, when I left the room, there was no one at the reception desk. I could clearly hear staff talking in the back, and I even walked right past a staff member, but no one noticed or said anything. No goodbye, no how was the massage, nothing. Now I understand why they ask for payment upfront before it starts — because no one seems to care how the service actually goes when it ends.”

“I booked a last-minute deep tissue massage at Zenstone Massage Therapy yesterday, and it completely exceeded my expectations, like beyond!! The therapist, Timmie, went truly deep while still keeping the whole experience so peaceful and restorative. I have TMJ, and Timmie even worked on my jaw with a special therapy, I haven’t felt this relaxed in ages, it honestly felt like they put it back into place. They also introduced me to scraping, something I’d never tried before, and it was incredible. 💜 Such a lovely space, filled with care and knowledge was EXACTLY what I needed!!! “I’ve been searching for a good massage clinic for years, and I think I finally found the one that truly caters to my needs. I love cupping and hot stone massages, and yesterday I tried a session with Joy it was wonderful. I went for the hot stone massage, and the pressure was just perfect. They take time to assess you and explain the reason behind your pain, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, Joy is already fully booked for September, but I managed to book with someone else for next month. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for Joy’s next availability. Best part? I had the most restful sleep last night.”
