“Acupuncturist Dr. Kim clearly knows what they are doing. I have had chronic lower back pain and other injuries, and after receiving a recommendation, I decided to give Dr. Kim a try. Since then, I have felt significantly better.”

“I’d like to share some feedback about our recent visit. Before leaving, we asked the receptionist for a receipt and were told it would be emailed to us. The next day, we still hadn’t received it, so we called them. The same receptionist answered and said the receipt had already been sent, but it was actually sent while we were on the phone. What bothered us most was her attitude during the call which was on speaker. And came across as unhelpful and unprofessional. On top of that, we received 21 separate receipt emails instead of just one, which was inconvenient. I do want to mention that the therapists were great — very professional and skilled. Unfortunately, because of the front desk experience, we don’t plan to return.”

“First and last visit. Not recommendable at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hope the owner is aware of how the receptionist/supervisor interacted with us. From the booking process onward, the experience was unpleasant. She was rude and unprofessional both over the phone and in person. She acted as if speaking with us was a burden and that we were wasting her time. Her attitude completely ruined what could have been a relaxing experience. She knew exactly what she did. On a positive note, the massage therapists were professional, friendly, and kind — we sincerely thank them for that. Unfortunately, because of the front desk experience, we have no plans to return.”

“I've never had a bad massage here, but yesterday I had a massage with Mariel and she worked on my knots and my shoulders like no one else has. I've been to many massage therapists and every time I tell them to work on my shoulders cause I have a lot of pain and this was by far the best experience in regards to loosening up my tight shoulders. Thank you Mariel!”

What I appreciated most is that she doesn’t just treat you like a patient she genuinely cares about your well-being. You can feel that her approach comes from both skill and compassion. “Me and my husband had a massage today at this clinic, mariel and cherie jackson are both amazing, i had a great experience and my husband too, we are both happy with the treatment they did, i always had a headache i cant figure it out what is...but today with her magic hands i feel so light and feeling so amazing...they are highly recommended! Their knowledge and specialization on their profession is beyond to what i expected...we been going to a lot of place ( clinic massage ) and this place is the best one! Thank you mariel and cherie.
