“I started seeing Nir Saar as part of my ICBC treatment plan due to a car accident where I had been rear ended and injured my whole back, neck and shoulders, my foot and teeth. Through the Zen Needle treatment program, I have been able to continue on with daily functions without needing pain medication. Nir's treatment could include Laser, needle acupuncture at the time or needles that remain in your ear for several days. I have had all three types of treatments and each was effective. Unfortunately I had many underlying issues prior to the car accident which are also an issue. Throughout the course of treatment, however, I am consistently seeing results. On some occasions I have had a major shift in my body's positioning as a result. These occurrences happened even before I left the office and were quite significant and very remarkable. When seeking the locations of the needles, he is able to determine the best placement point due to the pulse sensations of your body at the time and has on occasion asked me about old scar tissue and traumas that have happened in my childhood, many of which I had discounted as an issue, but apparently they can cause healing blockages. It is a fascinating treatment. Until you experience it for yourself, it is hard to believe. if you go into his office with significant pain, he will ensure you are pain free before you go. whether it is tight neck and shoulders, blocked sinuses or an aching back, it really doesn't matter what the ailment, there seems to always be a treatment method. “I first started having sessions with Nir following my car accident in Nov 2019. Originally I was just doing physio, kiniesology, massage, and chiropractic. I had no intentions of trying acupuncture until my RMT recommended Nir, and I’m so glad that he did! Not only has Nir helped me with the pain from the car accident, but in other areas as well. The effects were subtle at first, and one day I found myself with so much energy I was legit skipping merrily down the street. At the time I was so happy in the moment that I didn’t wonder why I was feeling so chipper until later on it dawned on me that it must be the acupuncture! Nir is very kind hearted, warm, and welcoming. He instantly made me feel comfortable and our sessions are usually filled with plenty of laughter. I look forward to our sessions each week now because the results I feel are profound. Watching him put together the puzzle pieces in order to get me the best results as fast as possible is amazing. I am impressed at his dedication to continue his studies and I feel 100% safe with him. He is always there to support me if I reach out to him in between sessions.
