“I have been going to Zen Face & Body for a few years now, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is first-rate. Julia and Annie are a dynamic duo—always attentive and fully committed to their work. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail, whether for a massage or a facial, set the standard. They genuinely care about the people they work with, and the rest of the staff take their cues from them. Julia and Annie also always take the time to explain to their staff any issues I may be experiencing at the time, as well as those I have experienced in the past, and identify the areas that require particular attention, whether it is my neck, shoulders, or lower back. In my view, that kind of communication, attention to detail, continuity, and consistency make a big difference. The entire place is immaculately clean and spotless. That makes a difference, too. The clean environment together with the staff's professionalism and skill creates a calm, reassuring, and welcoming atmosphere. I have always felt that I was in very capable hands. Equally important, Julia and Annie are always accommodating when scheduling appointments. I would recommend Zen Face & Body without hesitation.”

“I WANTED TO SEE WHAT REALLY TRUE HERE ABOUT THE COMMENTS, AND WHAT I'VE EXPERIENCE WAS THE INSURANCE SCAM! IVE BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ALL SHE KEPT ASKING ME FOR IS MY INSURANCE. SO I WENT TO MY APPOINTMENT FOR ME AND MY WIFE WE HAVEN'T EVEN ENTERED THE DOOR PROPERLY SHE BEGAN ASKING US FOR OUR INSURANCE. SHE DIDN'T ASK WHAT WE WANTED TO BE DONE OR OFFER US A BOTTLE OF WATER LIKE OTHER SPA. SHE IMMEDIATELY ASK FOR MY INSURANCE AND TOLD US TO HURRY UP SHE HAS ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IN AN HOUR AND WE DIDNT EVEN SAID WHAT WE WANTED DONE, SHE TOLD US TO GO IN THE ROOM FOR THE MASSAGE! I TOLD HER I DIDN'T TOLD YOU WHAT I WANTED YET NOR DID I ASK FOR A MASSAGE, AND SHE HAD ALREADY PRICE PRICE US OVER $150 DOLLAR WE WAS IN SHOKED ! I SAID IVE DIDNT BOOK ANY MESSAGES FOR ME OR MY WIFE WE CAME FOR FACIAL. AND WHY YOU KEEP ASKING ME FOR INSURANCE! AND ALSO WE DIDNT CAME TO BE RUSHED SO WE TRUNED AROUND WND WALKED OUT ! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE NOR DO I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE,( THIS PLACE IS INDEED A INSURANCE SCAM) !!👎👎👎”

“Great RMT and regular massages. I always go here, this is my spot as I feel any staff member I book does really well at getting out the tension and stiffness. I leave feeling much more relaxed and tension released. Always very easy to book and able to get last minute appointments with my busy schedule. Friendly staff as well.”

“m never going back there again. I felt like the therapist was taking her anger out on my body. Half the time she was digging her elbow into my shoulder and neck so hard that I felt like I was being choked instead of getting a relaxing treatment. It was extremely uncomfortable and not a good experience at all. It's not the way to go about things, you listen to you're patient and you ask what they need from you. You don't assume they want the duration of their massage to be only of elbows dug into them.”

“Had a great experience here! Amy is an excellent massage therapist skilled, attentive, and really focused on your needs. I felt a huge difference after the session. The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making everything easy from start to finish. What I appreciated most was the flexible scheduling unlike many places that book weeks in advance, they were able to fit me in at a time that worked for me. Also, super easy with direct billing and makes whole experience very smooth and relaxing. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend”

“Few things you need to improve: While I was getting a massage, she kept going out of the room to talk on the phone, texting while massaging, not focused, and some days they ask for tips. I might stop going here. Just because I have insurance doesn't mean its free”

“Alice gave me an amazing massage! I needed a last-minute appointment, and they were able to book me in the same day, which was incredible. I’ve been dealing with back pain for a month, and I feel like all the knots are gone after my appointment. The staff was friendly and easy to find parking. “I have been suffering with a back injury for 2.5 weeks. My doctor referred me to this clinic. I seen an RMT that was great last week. Felt a bit better. However, i work in dentistry and by the end of the work week I was in pain again. My doctor told me to ask for Annie next time I go. So today I booked online with her. Let me tell you….i can finally straighten my back!! She worked on me for a little over an hour. As she was massaging me she asked some questions to try and figure out what it is that is causing my issues. She also asked about the pressure while massaging which was nice.. You could tell by her touch and technique she was assessing and problem solving with each area she worked on. She added cupping and did acupuncture (only a couple needles) but I feel so much better. I haven’t had customer service like this in a very long time. Not only was she kind and caring but she was thorough and professional. The clinic is very clean and light. With calming music so you definitely will feel relaxed. If you are reading reviews to try and figure out if you should give this place a try, do it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Annie. I will see you next week. I’m officially hooked. 💕”
