“This was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. I specifically told the front desk that I wanted a female therapist who could provide strong pressure, they personally recommended this therapist. That recommendation was completely misleading. Throughout the session, she talked almost nonstop, complained about how much she had to work, repeatedly complained about the amount of pressure she was expected to apply. She seemed more interested in talking and complaining than providing the professional treatment I was paying for. She even told me that if I wanted strong pressure, I should book a male therapist next time. If she was unwilling or unable to provide the requested service, the front desk should never have recommended her in the first place. Customers should not have to listen to a therapist complain about doing her job during a paid session. The entire experience felt unprofessional, dishonest, a complete waste of my time and money. I actually left feeling worse than I did before the session, which says everything about the quality of the treatment. To make matters worse, the parking situation is horrendous, with virtually nowhere to park. This place seems to be getting worse every time I visit. After this experience, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.”

“Amazing experience! The studio is fantastic and the massage therapist was highly professional. I walked out feeling totally restored and energized. Their prices are really good, and I was so impressed that I already booked one of their combo therapies for next week! It's also a huge plus that they offer RMT treatments. Big shoutout to Vy! I came in with a lot of tension, and she knew exactly how to work through the tight spots with the right technique. Truly one of the most effective massage sessions I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her!”

“Absolutely amazing experience! The massage was incredible — truly one of the best we’ve had. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, it honestly felt like we were in a high-end luxury hotel. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, which made it even more enjoyable. The staff were all so welcoming and professional. “Farhad is exceptional—truly one of the best. He was able to quickly identify where my back was hurting without me needing to explain, and he resolved the issue right away. He’s polite, speaks gently, and creates a very comfortable, relaxing experience. The spa itself is spotless, smells fresh, and has calming music that adds to the atmosphere. The front desk staff are welcoming and professional as well. I highly recommend Farhad, especially if you’re looking for a strong, effective massage. The prices are reasonable, and I’ll definitely be returning.”

Our private room was quiet, a rare and much-appreciated quality in places like this. The chairs were brand new and incredibly comfortable, the lighting was soft and relaxing, and the overall ambiance was perfect for unwinding. “I had a full body massage and foot combo done by Leo. It was priced absolutely amazing. The quality, the decor. The customer service and all around service was absolutely amazing. I have been to many places in Vancouver and this one was by far the best I will be going here A lot going forward Leo helped resolve issues that were genuinely keeping me from working and that have been bothering me for years in one session. I look forward to going back. I left so relaxed and in such a good mood.”
