I truly feel cared for at Young Kempt Physiotherapy from the moment I walk in the building to the moment I leave. The physiotherapists at Young Kempt have helped me and members of my family with many injuries including fractures and torn ligaments. They are knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and positive. I'm really grateful for this clinic.

Highly recomend this place, from someone who has seen many different physios for multiple running/sport related issues. Saw Thomas Abbott, and I ahve made significant progress over the last 2 sessions for an injury which has prevented me from running, lifting, or activities for almost a year (PTFL/patellar maltracking). Thomas takes an evidence backed, constantly updated approach. He answers questions with competence and allows for exercise progression. He even gave an expected return to activity date, and I seem on track to meet it.

I've been working with Nathan for the last 4-6 weeks. He completely changed my understanding of what physio can be. Fantastic at explaining things! I've been singing his praises since my first session.

I’ve been going to Young Kempt Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy Centre for about 3 years and have always had a great experience. I’ve had physiotherapy sessions with Mike and Holly, and they’re both very professional, and take the time to listen and explain things clearly. The customer service is great too.welcoming, and well organized. Highly recommend.

Brittany is an incredible physiotherapist. I ruptured my left patellar tendon and started seeing Brittany as soon as I was given the okay by my surgeon. She has been a tremendous help in my recovery. I wouldn’t have been able to get through this injury without her. She has gone above and beyond, squeezing me in for extra sessions when she felt I needed the attention, and helping me work around delays in my insurance coverage. It is clear that she genuinely wants to help her clients. Her passion for the sport of weightlifting puts her at an advantage over other therapists. She has the knowledge and tools to help get you back to your best. Whether you’re an athlete or a retiree, I would recommend Brittany to anyone.

I highly recommend this centre for physiotherapy. Over the years, I have seen Thomas Abass for a shoulder injury, persistant hip pain, and, most recently, IT band syndrome. Without fail, he has provided treatment to these areas with an accompanying exercise program that has my body feeling back to normal. He always listens attentively to my experiences and adjusts the programming accordingly. He also makes the visits fun and personable. The staff are always friendly and efficient.

I’ve gone to Young Kempt Physio for multiple issues over the years and have had a great experience with each physiotherapist I have seen. Most recently I saw Thomas Abbass throughout my recovery from a hip replacement, and he was knowledgeable, understanding, and personable. I won’t hesitate to return to Young Kempt for any future physio needs. Thank you Thomas!

All the people in there make up the friendliest team of people ever. I’ve been seeing Thomas for my ACL recovery for almost a year and I’m not sure where I would be without him. He helped me a lot pre surgery and even more post. He’s clearly super knowledgeable about the goings on of my injury and easy to talk to to gain an understanding myself. He’s Very adaptable with exercises and always challenges me in the right ways! Being here almost makes you want to always be injured…almost! Plus, sometimes there’s dogs!!

I've seen Lyndsay a few times after experiencing some back and hip pain. My last visit was after a particularly rough couple of weeks with pain and limited mobility. The day after my appointment, I was completely pain free and back to my normal performance. Lyndsay is excellent. She is super strong and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her - your body will thank you for it!
