“I’ve had a great experience at Yorkview Family Dental Clinic. The entire team has been kind, welcoming, and responsive from booking appointments to answering my questions. I recently had two fillings done, and the procedure was smooth and comfortable. I had no pain or side effects afterward, which really put my mind at ease. “I have private dental insurance in addition to ODSP. They said they took my health card info but I was suspicious. I provided them with the information for both for my first appointment. They claimed they charged it and there was still some co-pay left. I thought that was strange but just paid it anyway. 6 months later I go back, and they say the insurance claim was denied, saying I'm only authorized for every 12 months. I know that's not true so I cancelled the appointment. I found out it's because they didn't even try to charge it to ODSP. Most likely because ODSP pays them less. “This is honestly my favourite dentist for both myself and the kids. I'm so glad I can come back here after getting insurance again. The receptionists and dentists are extremely kind, helpful, accommodating. I love that they refuse to do unnecessary fillings and extractions just to make more money. “I had the best experience at Sunny Dental! As someone who usually feels anxious about dental visits, I was amazed at how comfortable and supported I felt. There was absolutely no judgment, just kindness and patience from all staff. Gloria, the hygienist, gave me the most thorough yet gentle cleaning and was so attentive to my sensitive areas. Dr. Morshedi was very informative and kind, taking his time to explain everything and make sure I was at ease. He did a 3D scan of my teeth, zoomed in on specific areas, and clearly explained what was happening and how to prevent further damage in the long run, especially with my sensitive teeth.
