Please be advised we are NOT wheelchair/ stroller accessible. My office is on the second floor and the building is not equipped with an elevator.
Direct billing is available, however I am NOT taking patients with open ICBC or WCB claims.

By booking your appointment you are agreeing to the cancellation & no show policy. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged half or the full treatment price. This applies to cancelling due to illness and winter weather conditions.

“Emily’s office is a very relaxing and peaceful environment. She is a lovely, hardworking professional that helped me through a very long lasting neck and shoulder injury. She is very thorough with documenting your current concerns and reviews your past history to see if there has been improvement. She always gives great post treatment advice and exercises to do at home. She is also very flexible with her schedule and notified me on multiple occasions if she opened up more time slots. “Emily is truly an incredible massage therapist. She goes over and above to make sure you’re comfortable and feeling well throughout the massage. The whole atmosphere of her room feels like a spa with the relaxing colors & decor. She even went to the effort of getting a bed that can recline up to a more seated position. All the little things add up and create such a nice environment. On top of it, she’s a really kind person who genuinely cares about her patients.
