“I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anureet Dhaliwal. My wife visited her clinic for a dental issue, and the level of professionalism was extremely poor. Even after taking an X-ray and charging the full amount for both the X-ray and the consultation, the doctor did not take the time to properly explain my wife’s condition. Since my wife mentioned that she would be going to India for treatment, as we are not covered for dental and its very expensive the doctor simply prescribed some medication and rushed through the appointment without giving any meaningful guidance. As a healthcare professional, it is her responsibility to explain the diagnosis clearly—whether the condition is serious, how urgent the treatment is, and whether it can wait or needs immediate attention. None of this was communicated. She didn’t even spend a few minutes discussing the X-ray results or advising on next steps. It felt like once she knew the treatment wouldn’t be done at her clinic, she lost interest in providing proper care. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and disappointing. Patients deserve proper attention and clear communication, regardless of where they choose to get their treatment done. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience.”Read moreShow less

“I'm extremely disappointed with my visit . Doctor was in rush, she spent less than 10 seconds with me, didn't ask any questions, and offered no pain management despite my obvious discomfort. After a cursory review of my X-ray, I was given a verdict. I sought a second opinion due to the lack of care. I hope the clinic will take steps to improve patient care.”Read moreShow less
