“I wanted to try this place out because of good reviews but unfortunately I didn’t have good experience. My therapist was wearing gloves during massage, she said she had a cut on her hand, this really ruined the whole experience for me as 1. It felt incredibly weird because of gloves 2. It was pulling on my skin even with oil Going forward, if therapist has a cut and can’t perform massage how it should be, please let client know beforehand. I would not agree to this massage if I knew therapist would be wearing gloves. It was also not full 60 min massage session, I was greeted at the door at 11:15 and massage started at 11:25, however therapist ended it at 12:15. Overall, this wasn’t nice and pleasant experience and I regret coming here.”Read moreShow less

“Made an appointment yesterday for today for my first ever massage. Came in because I was having TERRIBLE neck and right shoulder pain…Elena was INCREDIBLE. A few hours later and my shoulder feels so much better. Used the perfect amount of pressure, you can tell she’s insanely knowledgeable and is truly passionate about helping her clients. “I booked an hour massage here and let me honest the massage was quite relaxing and the therapist was very friendly. So no complains there. However the receptionist was quite rude. I being curious asked her questions regarding consequent booking for which system was behaving strange. I wasn’t expecting a cold response here and was taken aback. I am not sure what triggered her to behave in such unprofessional way. She ended her conversation with- “Madam I am quite busy and wouldn’t like to argue”. I wasn’t arguing with her. I was so embarrassed, confused and blank. I just canceled all my other scheduled appointment and returned home. There was no greetings from her end. “Overall it was a great experience! The online appointment system was very friendly. The place is clean and comfy. I had my appointment with Carly. The optional heat mat was very considerate for winter and I loved it. Carly is very professional, patient, and gentle. My stiff muscles were treated with the right amount of force to be relaxed but not stressed. I felt refreshed both mentally and physically after the visit. “I have been going to Chris for massage treatments for about 15 years. He is the best massage therapist, and I say that because I’ve tried at least 10 other therapists. He is very knowledgeable, knows how to treat your areas of pain and recommends exercises accordingly.
